My Approach
Hi, my name is Megan. I am a mom of two, Registered Holistic Nutritionist and founder of Wells Nutrition. As a family focussed nutrition practice, Wells Nutrition is centered on the belief that all families deserve to enjoy mealtimes without stress, fear, strict rules or pressure around food. My goal is to provide families with expert nutritional guidance geared towards making mealtimes enjoyable and building positive relationships with food.

From picky eating to deciding "what's for dinner", this course focusses on creating custom plans to help simplify mealtimes with your family. We will address specific mealtime stressors, dietary requirements, mealtime behaviours and offer evidence based as well as practical advice for feeding kids.

Learn How To Plan Meals
Stressed about feeding your family? If you feel like cooking is a chore, dislike meal planning or spending time cooking multiple meals your kid won't eat then let me help! My mealtime approach takes your family’s needs into account to help you plan meals with ease, stop short order cooking and start enjoying food as a family. You will learn simple ways to get food on the table and actually get your kids to eat it too!
